Aims of the course

Emotional Intelligence is increasingly central to successful management and leadership. This essential one-day course has been created to raise awareness of emotion within the workplace and its impact on performance and team harmony.

Participants will end the day with a range of practical tools and strategies enabling them to identify and respond to the emotions of others, control emotions and deal positively and empathetically with others.

Managers and leaders looking to develop their emotional intelligence and improve team performance. It is particularly useful to managers who have been promoted on the basis of technical expertise but who have yet to develop people management skills.

What is included?

The majority of our courses are customised and delivered in house.  Our standard fee for customised course delivery over the duration of a day is £950.00, which includes diagnostics, course customisation to ensure the course meets the specific needs of your organisation, materials and delivery to groups of up to 15 people.  This equates to a training investment of £65.00 per head. Certificates are issued upon completion of the training for all participants.
