Neil has over 20 years’ experience working in the field of communication, learning and development.

With a background in language teaching and a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from SOAS, University of London, he developed a strong interest in how culture and communication shape workplace interactions.

In the early stages of his career, Neil designed and delivered training programmes focused on cultural awareness, helping organisations improve communication, build stronger relationships and navigate cross-cultural challenges.

Today, Neil focuses on marketing and the development of training solutions, supporting organisations across areas such as:

• Management and Leadership Training
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Training

Neil contributes regularly to content on workplace communication, leadership and professional development, helping organisations build more effective, confident and inclusive teams.
